How-to

The referral, sessions left this month, and the certificate

What a children's therapy centre keeps when it uploads a referral PDF, and how many sessions remain in the month.

Two papers, two jobs

The referral says the child has therapies in a period. The certificate says which sessions took place. They are not the same paper, and they are not completed at the same moment.

For the certificate, EOPYY published one template. The longer note is the single certificate, and the reception list is what the centre keeps ready. This page does not repeat the circular’s wording.

What happens when you upload the PDF

In Calendo Health you upload the referral PDF. The schedule creates the sessions and shows how many remain in the month. The referral stays on the child’s file, with a renewal reminder before it expires.

There is also a count of hours or sessions in a period, with windows taken from the referral. The same tools cover speech therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, psychology, and a multidisciplinary children’s centre. The public page for special-education therapy centres says this without showing a child’s document.

A child’s name, AMKA, and referral number stay in the file. They do not belong in a post, a screenshot, or this article.

The official certificate for the month

Calendo Health produces the official EOPYY special-education certificate as a PDF for the children in the centre.

Parents and messages

Parents hear about the appointment by SMS, email, and push. The clinical note stays out of those messages. The parent app is separate from the team app.

The child’s day, on the team’s phone

There is an iPhone and Android app. Your schedule and attendance are on your phone. Notes and files open comfortably on the computer.

The practical aim is quiet: the child still has a session on the board, and the family does not have to rebuild the month from messages. The pages for speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and physiotherapists describe that same day by specialty.

Official text for the certificate

The EOPYY notice of 22 June 2026 and circular ΔΒ3A/Φ115/4/οικ.14970 of 17 June 2026 cover the single certificate of therapies, not a guide to filling in a referral. We have written the certificate up separately. This page describes what the centre organises around the referral.
