Where do the child's documents stay?

Storage is in an EU data centre. From the computer you can record a parent's consent, with the relationship, the date, and the permissions, and the withdrawal. The apps show the consent status.

How is a parent's consent recorded?
From the computer you record the parent, the relationship, the date, and the permissions: data, messages, photos. Withdrawal is recorded too. The apps show the status. You can send a link, the parent signs on their phone, and you receive a signed PDF. The centre stays the controller for the children's data and Organosi acts as the processor.
