Yes. SMS reminders* are included in the subscription. up to 100 SMS/month. The details are in the terms of use. Parents also receive email and push, without the clinical note. Reception can send an SMS from the calendar when an appointment is new, moved, or cancelled. A parent's cancellation request and an absence are recorded separately, so the charge follows what happened. You decide exactly what parents see.

Service receipts, invoices and credit notes are sent to myDATA with a MARK through Wrapp, an AADE-licensed e-invoicing provider, from the centre's own Wrapp account. Health services can be exempt from VAT under article 27 of the VAT Code, or charged at 24%. The centre turns it on once: Settings → E-invoicing, enter the tax number, email and phone, press Connect, and finish on Wrapp (TAXISnet, terms, package, and the provider declaration). The Wrapp subscription is paid directly to Wrapp.

Yes. Calendo Health has an app for iPhone (App Store) and Android (APK), for the team and for parents. Your schedule and attendance are on your phone. Finances, notes and files open comfortably on the computer. You install from the install page and sign in with the same account as the browser. Each feature shows whether it lives on the computer, in the staff app, or in the parent app.

Excel and CSV import is built into Calendo Health, so you can start with the records you already have. You can also export a ZIP and Excel or CSV files. For the children's data, the centre stays the controller and Organosi acts as the processor. The public data-processing agreement is on the DPA page. Files in the child's record are stored in an EU data centre. There is two-step sign-in, and a history of who changed what. We do not use that data for advertising.
