Yes. The practice has a public booking page. Patients book online once the practice turns on online booking. The visit then sits on the shared day, so reception and the dentists see the same appointment. The signed dental consent is kept as a PDF on the file. Reminders for that visit still go by SMS and email. The team does not keep a second paper book for the hours that were booked online.

Yes. Calendo Dental has an app for iPhone and Android, included in the subscription, with the same account. The team signs in with the same email as the browser at dental.organosi.com.gr. On the phone you see who is coming and what is next. The day is the same in the browser, on iPhone, and on Android. You do not install a server in the practice. The workspace opens from the web, in Greek and in English.

For Calendo Dental, Organosi processes the practice data as a processor, on the practice's instructions. The practice stays the controller toward patients and staff. Photos and documents the team uploads are transmitted encrypted (HTTPS), are not shared with third parties for advertising, and are deleted with the patient record or when the practice asks.
