Paper and Excel hold what one person writes
A notebook at reception is enough when one person books the day and everyone else asks that person. An Excel sheet is enough when one person opens it and the others are not changing it at the same time. Both hold a date, a name, and a time, if someone keeps them current.
The limit shows up when a time moves. The new hour stays in a message, the notebook still has the old one, and by afternoon nobody is sure which applies. It is the moment reception looks in two places for the same visit.
What a shared schedule adds
In Calendo the day is shared. Reception and the team see the same time after a move or a cancellation. In Health, attendance sits next to the appointments. In Dental, the record opens from the visit. In Beauty, the client books on a public page without an account.
Reminders go by SMS and, depending on the product, by email or push. Health has an iPhone app and an Android APK. Dental, Beauty and Clinic have an iPhone app on the App Store and an Android app on Google Play. For more details, see the terms of use.

What does not change because the tool changed
Calendo Health produces the official EOPYY special-education certificate. We write that in the referrals note.
Scheduling software does not fill hours nobody asked for, and we do not measure here how many mistakes it removes compared with paper. If the notebook is enough, keep it. If two people change the same day, the shared schedule is the tool we describe.
