Is Calendo Health a live product?
Yes. Calendo Health is available for therapy clinics.
Which clinics is Calendo Health designed for?
Calendo Health is built for children's therapy centres: speech, occupational therapy, psychology and special education, plus physiotherapy and multidisciplinary teams.
Are SMS reminders included?*
Yes. SMS reminders* are included in the subscription. *up to 100 SMS/month. The details are in the terms of use.
Does it include myDATA?
Service receipts, invoices and credit notes are sent to myDATA with a MARK through Wrapp, an AADE-licensed e-invoicing provider, from the centre's own Wrapp account. Health services can be exempt from VAT under article 27 of the VAT Code, or charged at 24%. The centre turns it on once: Settings → E-invoicing, enter the tax number, email and phone, press Connect, and finish on Wrapp (TAXISnet, terms, package, and the provider declaration). The Wrapp subscription is paid directly to Wrapp.

What is the 2026 intro offer?
The 2026 intro offer is per product: Calendo Health Solo €40 / month incl. VAT for 1 therapist, or the clinic plan €80 / month incl. VAT; Calendo Dental €80 / month incl. VAT; Calendo Beauty €40 / month incl. VAT; and Calendo Clinic €100 / month incl. VAT. Are there therapist, child, or usage-based charges?
The price includes free setup, renewal at no extra cost, and free upgrades to the latest version. The Calendo Health clinic plan does not charge per therapist or child; Solo is for 1 therapist. It does not charge per dentist or patient on Calendo Dental, per stylist or client on Calendo Beauty, or per doctor or patient on Calendo Clinic. For more details, see the terms of use. Yes! What happens when a trial becomes paid?
The trial lasts 14 days, no card needed. Like it? Turn on a subscription from your account and carry on in the same workspace with all your data. Pay before the trial ends and your subscription starts after day 14, so you lose nothing. The yearly offer (pay 12 months, get 14) applies to you too. 12+2 applies to new subscriptions starting in 2026. See the subscription terms. Your data stays available for 30 days after the trial. Can we see the product before committing?

How do I log in to my clinic after payment?
Open the activation email: your first password is there. Sign in with email and password, then set your own. Can't find it? Tap Sign in on this website and choose your Calendo.
What should we have in mind before sending a question?
Bring a rough view of your team size, service mix, locations, scheduling pain points, and the roles that need to be involved. The resources page includes useful preparation notes.

Is there a mobile app?
Yes. Calendo Health has an iPhone app on the App Store and an Android app as an APK. Calendo Dental, Beauty and Clinic have an iPhone app on the App Store and an Android app on Google Play. You sign in with the same account.

Where are patient records kept?
Only inside the Calendo app, kept safe. The public website does not touch them.
What does the browser remember?
The browser can remember privacy preferences, demo preparation choices, attribution context, and non-sensitive demo or updates receipts.
