Is Calendo Health a live product?
Yes. Calendo Health is available for therapy clinics. This public website does not connect to your clinic workspace and does not contain patient data.
Which clinics is Calendo Health designed for?
The product story is aimed at speech therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, psychology, and multidisciplinary therapy clinics.
Are the screenshots real patient data?
No. The current screenshots, videos, and social preview graphics use privacy-safe public marketing assets.

What is the 2026 intro offer?
The public 2026 intro offer is €80 / month excl. VAT · €99,20 incl. 24% VAT for the clinic, or an annual option of €960 excl. VAT · €1.190,40 incl. VAT where you pay for 12 months and receive 2 months free.
Are there therapist, child, or usage-based charges?
The 2026 intro offer has no installation fee, no separate surcharge for the act of renewing, and no latest-version upgrade fee, and it does not charge per therapist or child. The subscription includes up to 100 SMS per month; extra SMS are charged only by written agreement. Training and data import are not included unless expressly agreed. The subscription does not renew for free.
Can we see the product before committing?
Yes. The first step is a demo conversation using privacy-safe visuals and workflow examples, with no live patient data.
Is this only for one therapy discipline?
No. The product story supports speech therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, psychology, and multidisciplinary clinics.
What should we prepare before a demo?
Bring a rough view of your team size, service mix, locations, scheduling pain points, and the roles that need to be involved. The resources page includes useful preparation notes.
Can the demo path carry context into the contact form?
Yes. The form can carry the selected interest, such as monthly or annual offer, plus general workflow context so the first conversation starts in a useful place.
What happens if the online contact message does not complete?
The form keeps your details so you can try again. You can also email hello@organosi.com.gr for direct follow-up.
How do I log in to my clinic after payment?
After payment confirmation, open the email and tap “Open my clinic” at /t/{slug}/login. You enter only email and password. If you lose the email, open organosi.com.gr/go and type the clinic code. The suite opens at /v2/t/{slug}/suite. The apps use the same clinic account — they do not create a new one. The public demo stays separate.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. iPhone: Calendo Health on the App Store. Android: official Calendo Health interim Android APK from /install, with the same features. A public Play Store listing is coming soon — this is not a Google Play app and not a Google app. Sign in with the same clinic account. The app focuses on scheduling and Today; billing (Οικονομικά), SMS, clinical notes, and files stay on the web portal.

Does this site store patient information?
No. This public website does not contain patient data and must not be used to submit child or patient records. Calendo Health is a live product; your clinic workspace stays in the app.
What does the browser remember?
The browser can remember privacy preferences, demo preparation choices, attribution context, and non-sensitive demo or updates receipts.
Where should security concerns go?
Use the disclosure contact published in /.well-known/security.txt or email hello@organosi.com.gr with a security report subject.
