Salon online booking, without a client account

In Calendo Beauty a client books without creating an account. They choose a service, a person, and a time. The public booking shows morning and afternoon times. At the end they see a confirmation.

That fills a slot only if someone asks for it. An empty day does not become full because a form exists. It becomes visible: the client sees what is free, and the team sees what was taken.

The schedule separates a closed day, for example a Sunday, from a day with no free slot. The difference matters at reception: one means “we are shut”, the other means “we are open and nothing is left”.

Owners, reception, and stylists share one schedule. Appointments are created, moved, or cancelled. A time change stays on the same visit. It does not open a second appointment by mistake.

After booking, the client can change the time from the link, without an account and without entering the shop’s admin. The team sees the new time on the shared schedule.

A cancellation is not a no-show. If someone cancels, the slot opens as a cancellation. If they do not come and did not cancel, that is a different record. The no-shows note explains the split for a salon and for a therapy centre.

Reminders go by SMS and email. For more details, see the terms of use.

The team has an iPhone and Android app. From the phone they see who is coming. The steps are on the phone app page. The salon page brings booking, the calendar, and reminders together.

A nail bar or a barbershop uses the same public booking, the same team calendar, and the same reminder settings. Calendo Beauty is one product for hair, spa, and beauty businesses, not a separate app per shop type.

The colour formula stays on the client card and shows up at every colour visit.
