Website purpose

This website provides public information about Calendo Health, a CareGrid clinic management platform for therapy clinics. It is a marketing website and does not provide medical, clinical, legal, or billing advice.

Demo requests

Submitting a demo request does not create a customer agreement, guarantee product access, or connect this website to a live clinic system. A CareGrid representative may use your submitted contact details to respond.

Temporary 2026 intro-offer terms

The public 2026 intro offer refers to a flat €80 monthly fee for new subscriptions that start in 2026, or an annual option where the customer pays for 12 months and receives 2 months free.

Based on the temporary public description, there are no extra installation, renewal, or latest-version upgrade fees, and the fee does not change with therapist count, child count, or usage level.

The final subscription terms and conditions document will replace this temporary section before it is used for real purchase acceptance.

Public content

Product visuals, screenshots, videos, launch copy, and examples are public marketing materials. They may change as the product and CareGrid product hub evolve.

No patient information

Do not submit patient data, clinical notes, protected health information, or other sensitive information through the public contact form or email.

External services

Website operation, analytics, or sharing features may rely on trusted third-party services such as hosting providers, email clients, analytics tools, or social platforms.
