Subscription terms

Before you proceed to a subscription.

This is a temporary online document for the customer purchase journey. The final terms and conditions document will replace this page once it is issued.

Temporary wording until the final version is issued.

The terms below help your team record that it has reviewed the basic framework before requesting to proceed with a subscription. They are not legal advice and do not replace the final agreement, commercial offer, DPA, or any later signed document.

Authorised representative

The person continuing confirms they can represent the clinic for the next commercial step.

Temporary framework

Acceptance confirms purchase interest under temporary terms until the final document is issued.

Final confirmation later

A subscription starts only after final confirmation, agreed pricing, and the required commercial or legal documents.

What acceptance means

1. Purpose

Calendo Health is a cloud-based CareGrid application for therapy clinics that need better coordination across schedules, therapists, parents, reminders, and daily operational tasks.

This temporary document is used only as a step before a subscription purchase request. The final terms document will be issued in the coming weeks and will prevail if there is any conflict.

2. Subscription and access

Access to Calendo Health is provided as a subscription service. The exact term, pricing, billing cycle, trial period, VAT or taxes, and renewal process will be confirmed in the final offer or agreement.

The clinic is responsible for setting its users, access roles, and correct account use by owners, reception, therapists, and other authorised team members.

3. Data, privacy, and safe use

The public website forms must not be used for child names, diagnoses, therapy notes, patient records, or other sensitive data. Early commercial conversations should use only general clinic information.

Final use of the application will be governed by the privacy policy, security settings, final agreement, and, where required, a separate DPA or equivalent data-processing document.

4. Support, service continuity, and changes

The service may be updated to improve functionality, security, reliability, and compliance. Material changes that affect use or subscription terms will be communicated through the appropriate channels.

Support details, response times, business continuity, availability, and any SLA will be defined in the final commercial or contractual document.

5. Payments, cancellation, and invoicing

Subscription fees, payment terms, invoice issuance, late payments, and cancellation or suspension processes will be set out in the final agreement.

Accepting this temporary document does not by itself create a payment obligation unless there is a separate order confirmation, offer, or contract.

6. Acceptance and next steps

By accepting, you confirm that you have read the temporary framework, understand that a final document will follow, and want to continue to commercial follow-up for a possible subscription.

Final service activation will happen only after the details are confirmed, pricing is agreed, payment setup is completed where required, and final documents are in place.
