What this site is

This website promotes Calendo Health, a CareGrid clinic management platform for therapy clinics. It is a public marketing website and does not connect to the live Calendo Health application.

Information you choose to send

If you request a demo, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, clinic name, email address, phone number, role, clinic type, team size, and message. We use this information to respond to your request and plan a product conversation.

If you join updates, we collect the email address you submit plus optional name, role, interest, and attribution context. We use this to send public Calendo Health and CareGrid launch notes or to follow up from the team.

After a validated request, the browser keeps only a non-sensitive submission receipt with timestamp and request reference. It does not store your form message, contact details, or clinic name locally.

After a validated updates signup, the browser can keep a non-sensitive signup receipt with timestamp, selected interest, and request reference. It does not store your email address or name locally.

Saved browser data

Some public pages can remember non-sensitive choices in your browser so you can return later without sending private clinic context. You can clear those choices from page controls or the cookies and storage page.

Saved browser data may include demo preferences, selected public resources, product tour choices, public sharing preferences, updates preferences, and non-sensitive form receipts. It does not store patient data or private clinic context.

Analytics and preferences

The site includes optional first-party analytics for page views, CTA clicks, shares, launch-copy copying, and demo-request status. Analytics are only sent after you accept analytics in the privacy preferences banner.

You can reopen preferences from the footer privacy preferences control or the settings button at the bottom of the page. The cookie and browser storage policy explains the analytics consent key, attribution context, non-sensitive receipts, and saved browser data in more detail.

No patient data

Do not submit patient information through this public website. Product visuals, videos, and screenshots use privacy-safe public marketing assets and contain no real patient data.

Demo requests and update signups may be routed into trusted team tools so we can respond. If you need a direct follow-up, you can always contact hello@organosi.com.gr.

If you use the privacy request helper, the generated request stays in your browser unless you copy, download, or send it from your email app. The helper does not submit the request to a website backend.
