Is Calendo Health connected to the live clinic app?
No. This public website is a marketing layer and does not connect to the live Calendo Health application or any patient data.
Which clinics is Calendo Health designed for?
The product story is aimed at speech therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, psychology, and multidisciplinary therapy clinics.
Can CareGrid add more products later?
Yes. The website uses shared product data and hub pages so future CareGrid products can be added without rebuilding the core structure.
Are the screenshots real patient data?
No. The current screenshots, videos, and social preview graphics use privacy-safe public marketing assets.

What is the 2026 intro offer?
The public 2026 intro offer is €80 per month for the clinic, or an annual option where you pay for 12 months and receive 2 months free.
Are there therapist, child, or usage-based charges?
No. The offer does not change with therapist count, child count, or usage level, and there are no extra installation, renewal, or latest-version upgrade fees.
Can we see the product before committing?
Yes. The first step is a demo conversation using privacy-safe visuals and workflow examples, with no live patient data.
Is this only for one therapy discipline?
No. The product story supports speech therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, psychology, and multidisciplinary clinics.
What should we prepare before a demo?
Bring a rough view of your team size, service mix, locations, scheduling pain points, and the roles that need to be involved. The resources page includes useful preparation notes.
Can the demo path carry context into the contact form?
Yes. The form can carry the selected interest, such as monthly or annual offer, plus general workflow context so the first conversation starts in a useful place.
What happens if the online demo request does not complete?
